1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of TripGenius Travel's services. By making a booking or payment with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

2. Scope of Services

TripGenius Travel provides travel planning and booking services as detailed in your confirmed itinerary. All services are subject to availability and the individual terms of third-party suppliers, including airlines, accommodation providers, and transport operators.

3. Travel Insurance

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Travel insurance is mandatory and non-negotiable for all bookings. You will not travel without a valid and active policy.

Your policy must cover, at minimum:

Medical emergencies and evacuation
Trip cancellation or interruption
Personal liability
Loss or theft of belongings

4. Liability

TripGenius Travel shall not be held liable for losses arising from traveler negligence, failure to comply with local laws, or acts of third-party suppliers. We are also not liable for Force Majeure events including:

Severe weather, natural disasters, or pandemics.
Political unrest, civil disturbance, or strikes.
Government-imposed travel restrictions.

5. Traveler Responsibilities

As a traveler, you are responsible for maintaining a valid passport, obtaining required visas, and ensuring you are medically fit for the nature of your trip. You must arrive on time for all scheduled departures and activities.

6. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety or operational reasons. We will notify you as early as possible. Changes driven by Force Majeure may not entitle the traveler to a refund, depending on supplier policies.

7. Payments & Bookings

A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment. Provisional reservations are not guaranteed until payment is processed. Specific cancellation fees and refund conditions will be outlined at the time of confirmation.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking or making payment to TripGenius Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
